This online congress is structured the same as a face-to-face event. It consists of a scientific and organizing committee, a program of accredited presentations, a stand for poster and oral communications, and a discussion table (forum) on different current scientific and health topics; all this under rigorous scientific quality criteria.

3. Inscription

Registration for the Congress is unique. Any person registered in the congress can: Send up to 6 scientific papers as main author and 1 symposium papers.

  • View all the papers accepted in the congress when the same event begins.
  • Virtually attend all the presentations on this same web page during the days of the congress.
  • Obtain congress certificates.
The registration price is unique and varies according to the date and the country.

The return of the registration carries a penalty of 50% until before 45 days prior to the start of the congress. As of the 45th day, counting the start date of the event, no refund of the amount paid will be made under any supervening condition.

In order to view the conferences, the registration must be completed before the start of the congress.

  • After the congress, several electronic summary books of the congress will be published with all the papers presented by the attendees, registering them with an ISBN (different for each of the books). The authors of each work will receive a Certificate which will include the title of the work, the names of the authors in order of appearance and the ISBN of the publication.

All these specifications are intended for the acceptance of said publication in the different organizations, although we do not guarantee 100% in any case the acceptance of such.

4.1. Requirements:

It is not necessary to view a minimum number of posters or video-type oral communications or carry out any other activity during the congress to obtain the certificate of attendance or the certificate for each of the works presented.

There will be the possibility of requesting the postal delivery of all the certificates once this section is enabled at the end of the Congress. The shipment would be made by certified mail, stamp of the scientific society and on hard paper. The price for the certified shipment will be borne by the applicant and will be detailed at the end of the congress according to the updated rates of the parcel service selected for the shipment.

In order for a scientific communication to be published in the congress and to obtain its certificate, ALL AUTHORS will have to be registered in the Congress before it begins. And having previously generated your posters or video from the My Communications section on the platform by selecting one of the books with a different ISBN that will give you a choice.

5.  Sending communications

  • Each member of Congress can send a maximum of 6 papers as first author. There is no limit to appearing as a second or later author. You can participate without sending any work to the congress.
  • Each paper can have a maximum of 6 authors (including the lead author).
  • The maximum number of words for each work is 500 (title 250 characters, introduction-objectives 320 characters, methodology 680 characters, results 1300 characters, discussion-conclusion 700 characters and bibliography 700 characters). You can consult the structure of each type of work to be accepted in point 4.
  • During the submission process, the main author will select whether he wants his work to be valued as a poster or as an oral communication (video).
  • Of the poster-type works, once they have been ACCEPTED BY THE COMMITTEE AND ALL THE REGISTERED AUTHORS, the poster must be generated from the My Communications section. The poster is generated by the main author, selecting a spreadsheet. There is no possibility of uploading your own poster, even following the conference template. Virtual posters have no defense of any kind.
  • Of the oral communication type works, once they have been ACCEPTED BY THE COMMITTEE AND ALL THE REGISTERED AUTHORS, the video type file can be uploaded to the platform from the My Communications section.
  • Congress languages: Spanish, English, Italian. In addition, works can be sent in Catalan, Galician, Valencian and Basque.

Communications will be sent one by one, being able to choose in each case if you want it to be valued as oral communication or poster type. The deadline for sending communications: 06 february 2025 EXTENDED UNTIL FEBRUARY 13, 2025  . For each communication sent or change in the status of their scientific communications, a notification message will be sent to the main author, seeing each change in status in the "My Communications" section.

The scientific committee may reject any scientific communication that does not meet the appropriate quality criteria to be published in the Congress. It will be notified by email and also in the "My Communications" section within each author's session. It will be notified in two simultaneous ways: by email (according to each author's record) and in the "My Communications" section within each author's session. In no case will any communication be rejected without notifying the main author of the reason for the rejection.

Each work will go through at least two phases of correction-revision, an initial phase where the content of the work, the type of study used and its writing will be analyzed, and in a second phase as all the works are received, A plagiarism analysis of all the works presented will be carried out, so it is possible that in the first instance your work will be accepted, being subsequently rejected.

In the event that a communication is rejected for repeated plagiarism (two rejections for plagiarism in the same communication), there will be no possibility of sending the communication again and the return will not be made under any condition, since it does not comply with the congress regulations for plagiarism (with relevant legal implications).

Once a scientific communication is accepted, NO changes can be made to it. In order to make any change to an accepted communication, it would have to be deleted first, and then sent again, and it must be evaluated again by the scientific committee and it could be rejected. Both the rejected Communications and those modified after their acceptance must be sent again, with their respective changes, within the submission period to be reassessed by the Scientific Committee.

Once the period for sending scientific communications has expired, no scientific communication will be accepted for review. Those communications that were pending evaluation on the day of the end of the submission period will be corrected prior to the start of the congress.

Once the communication is generated, the author must review the book where he introduced his work to obtain the certificate of publication. You can check it in the My Posters / My Videos section at the bottom of the title in each communication.

We remind all authors that those communications that were not generated before the Congress was held cannot be included when the Congress ends, so they would not obtain the publication certificate.
